How do I use PaY by PiN to pay at a merchant's site?


When you check out from the merchant site, click the PaY by PiN payment option (button). If you want to buy the merchandise as a gift then check the gift box and proceed. Enter your PaY by PiN User ID and PIN Number click "Submit Order" and you are done. There is no form to fill or credit card number to type in.

How do I login to my PaY by PiN account?

Visit our website and simply enter your User ID and PIN Number and click "Login".

Can I change my PIN Number?

Yes you certainly can. You must login to your PaY by PiN account then click on the 'Change PIN' option which appears under the 'Member Menu' Enter the User ID and new PIN number then click Submit.

How can I view my transaction history?


After you login to PaY by PiN account, please click on 'View account history'  then click 'View all transactions' and select the start and end month, day, year to view.

How do I update my personal information?


You must first login to your Pay by PiN account then click "Change personal information" input your new information then click submit. We will contact you to verify the information and make the appropriate changes.

Do I have to sign up from my home computer?


Any computer with internet access can be used to sign up for an account. Once you have set-up your account, you can access your account from any computer with internet access.

Can I use my account right after I sign up?


An email with a temporary password is mailed to you right after you complete the Sign-up process. Follow the instructions in this email and you will be able to use your account right away.

How long will it take me to sign up and create a PaY by PiN account?


If you have all your information ready, it should take just a few minutes.

I can't login to PaY by PiN!

Make sure that your User ID and PIN Number are correct. The User ID and PIN Number both are case sensitive. Check for any typographical errors, or that you don't have the caps lock button on.  Did you recently change your password and use the old one? Try re-entering the information.

How does PaY by PiN ensure the security and privacy of my information?

First of all, we never give your information to anyone else, especially merchants. Our security measures are top-of-the-line and include encryption, firewalls and filters. 

Can I be sure that merchants accepting PaY by PiN payments are trustworthy?

Definitely! We only deal with trustworthy businesses. A merchant is only accepted if they meet our screening criteria. Once accepted, all PaY by PiN merchants are placed under constant scrutiny to ensure they continue to meet our expectations.
