is committed to protecting your privacy. Period. That’s
because we base our business on the trust you place in us.
The information we collect is gathered to ensure secure
transaction between you and the merchant.
Please read our privacy statement which demonstrates that
we are worthy of your trust.

PaY by PiN, access to customer information is based on the
sensitivity of the information and our employees' or
agents' need-to-know. Employees and agents are authorized
to use available customer information for authorized
business purposes only. Each employee receives a code of
conduct that details our requirements for our employees
when using customer information. Disregard of these
requirements may result in disciplinary action up to and
including termination.
PaY
by PiN is highly selective in choosing affiliated business
partners that assist us in the delivery of our products
and services to you. On occasion we may partner with
unaffiliated third parties to offer ancillary products and
services that may be of benefit to you. When we enter into
this type of relationship, we require these partners to
adhere to strict standards regarding the security and
confidentiality of customer information.
You
should also be aware that there may be occasions where we
are legally required to disclose information about you,
such as in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to
comply with a governmental agency or federal regulator.

strive to maintain complete and accurate information about
you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our
records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about
you, we have established processes for you to notify us.
We will investigate your concerns and correct any
inaccuracies promptly.
Additional Verification
If we cannot verify the information that you provide, or
if you request a withdrawal by check to an address other
than your verified billing address, we ask you to send us
additional information by fax (such as your drivers'
license, credit card statement, and/or a recent utility
bill or other information linking you to the applicable
address), or to answer additional questions online to help
verify your information.

We collect, retain, and use information about you only
where we reasonably believe that it will help administer
our business or provide products, services, and other
opportunities to you. We collect and retain information
about you only for specific business purposes. We use
information to protect and administer your records,
accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and
regulations; to help us design or improve our products and
services; and to understand your needs so that we can
provide you with quality products and superior service.

Special Note About Children.
Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask
that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any
personal information to us or use the service
Our Maintenance of Accurate Information. We have
procedures to help assure that your information is
accurate, current, and complete in accordance with
commercial standards. We have implemented procedures to
maintain accurate, current, and complete information,
including processes to update information and remove old
information.
Limiting Employee Access to Information. We have
procedures that limit employee access to personally
identifiable information to those employees with a
business reason to know such information about you. We
educate our employees about the importance of
confidentiality and customer privacy through standard
operating procedures, special training programs, and our
policies on ethics. We take appropriate disciplinary

maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent

do not provide account or personal information to

email marketing or direct mail marketing of any products
or services of those companies.
Maintaining Your Privacy in Business Relationships with
Parties Outside Our Company. Sometimes it is necessary
to provide personally identifiable information about you
to a party outside our company, such as to a vendor or
service company that we hire to provide support or
services for one or more of our products. These vendors
and service companies agree to safeguard our confidential
information about you and your products and services with
us and must abide by applicable law.
Accessing and Changing Your Information
You can review the personal information you provided us
and make any desired changes to such information, or to
the settings for your PaY by PiN account, at any time by
logging in to your account on the PaY by PiN Web site and
changing your preferences in the Profile page of the "My
Account" tab. You can also close your account through the
PaY by PiN Web site. If you close your PaY by PiN account,
we will mark your account in our database as "Closed," but
will keep your account information in our database. This
is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that
persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid
detection simply by closing their account and opening a
new account. However, if you close your account, your
personally identifiable information will not be used by us
for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third
parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist
law enforcement, or as required by law.
Contacting Us
This PaY
by PiN Online Privacy Statement is currently only
applicable to our website customers and visitors in the
United States. As we develop websites for international
audiences, they may adopt additional rules and practices
consistent with this statement to conform to the policies
or requirements of those countries. We may alter this
statement as needed for certain products and services and
to abide by local laws or regulations around the world.
